"I went to their Derwent Park store, around 8:30am, yesterday. I was after a simple bolt - specifically a power steering pulley wheel adjustment bolt, from an old Ford Courier, which I had had no luck finding elsewhere, despite contacting several local wreckers and hardware stores. The staff were friendly, and exceptionally helpful, with two of them helping to find me a suitable replacement. They were able to deliver, where many others could not, and I almost felt embarrassed at the low price of the item, after the effort they had gone to. I highly recommend this business!
