"The quality of products are not good. The customer service is very poor and the lady behind the counter was rude and clueless . I was miss guided by the staff to buy expensive item instead."
"Poor customer service , I got a wooden utensil which was packed and eaten by termites from inside . I went back to return the product where I was rudely humiliated by the lady behind the counter . I was told we have no responsibility what so ever if the product is bad or rotten , she asked me to get another one and then rufused to exchange ( could have just said no earlier ) . Never going back again and will share my experience with my friends aswell ."
