"awesome service and nice range of clothes"
"Customer service here is absolutely appalling. Staff members here are too busy talking about their Bali trips and sitting on their phones behind the counter, can’t even get a simple hello when a customer walks through the door. I visited the store today and received no help at all, had to help myself into the change rooms because the two girls at the front were too busy talking. This has happened to me on several occasions and i am clearly not the first person to be having issues with this stores customer service. This store management needs to make some serious changes if they want to continue having customers. I don’t think i’ll be returning anytime soon."
"Glad to see there was also another review on this, as the customer service is absolutely appalling here. Been here multiple times and each time I am never once greeted or acknowledged, simply given glares from behind the counter. Not to mention there is always multiple staff who seem to just be loitering and even when customers arrive they simply don't care. Safe to say after giving this place a few shots, I won't be returning and I suggest others do the same as this kind of behaviour these days is just unacceptable."
"Absolutely no customer service. Tonight I walked in the store and two girls were working and only one other customer was in the store. They both crossed paths with me multiple times and never acknowledged my presence. I stood at the Jean wall and picked at least 6 pairs of jeans with out assistance. I let myself in the change room and tried them all on without anyone checking in on me. I returned to the Jean wall and picked another 3 pairs to try on, again letting myself into the change room and again, with no assistance. One of the girls was even standing at the entrance of the change rooms, with my pile from the first try on, as I walked out of the change room. I noted down the jeans so I can source them from another company to purchase, as there was no chance I was going to add an extra $100 to their daily sales. I walked in at roughly 6.30pm and didn’t leave until just before 7pm and not once was I spoken to."
