"I have been going to Swish Beauty for well over 10 years and have always been very happy with the service. Rebekah has mainly done my hair, I have a darker colour on the roots and lovely blonde foils through the top with Ammonia free products. I have also had some of the other lovely girls do my hair Samie, Rhi, Sarah and Casey have done my hair at different times. I've always been so happy when I have left the salon my hair feels healthy and looks amazing and I get asked numerous times where do I go to get my hair done.The prices are reasonable and the staff are all lovely Thanks to Rebekah and her team would not go anywhere else. "After 10 months of trying to grow my hair post breast cancer chemotherapy I was finally able to make it look OK at 9cm length. Unfortunately I trusted Swish when I should not have; Worst botched hair cut and colour ever . . . I'm so devastated after the owner Rebekah ruined my hair with the worst uneven haircut; she thinned it that badly; now I can't do anything with it. Its 2 cm in some areas, 4cm in other areas and the longer lengths now just stick up and or break off due to the supposed "ammonia free" colour" that has turned my hair greenish. When I went back very upset after days of trying to deal with it; I showed her how bad it was and the different lengths; and I said she had ruined my hair; she denied that she cut it that way and tried to say my hair was already cut like that and damaged; when it wasn't . . . I disagreed and she told me to calm down in an abrupt manner and said how dare you speak to me like that, acting like she was the victim . . . She refused to do anything to fix it . . . and told me to leave the salon. She didn't care about how bad I was feeling after all I have been through, with cancer and loosing my hair in the first place; nor did she want to offer me anything to make me feel better that she had ruined my hair after months of me trying to grow it . . . Now I have to wear a hat again for at least 3 months until it grows back to what it was before she botched it . . . She has also lied and totally exaggerated her response... its OK every dog has its day and she will get her KARMA for being such a lying, nasty, horrible person and ruining my hair and then refusing to be nice about it or taking responsibility for her poor hairdressing skills and even poorer people skills. DO NOT USE THIS SALON . . . Unless you want your hair ruined, to be inadvertently called a liar, to be belittled and spoken to with disrespect, to be told to leave the salon, so she doesn't have to fix her screw up . . ."
