"Geelong Collision Care team repaired our car to a high standard recently. There were problems and delays with getting parts which were out of their control. We had use of one of the hire cars while our car was out of action which was very good and unexpected. A very good customer experience overall, the only small issue was communication which was patchy, this was easily alleviated by calling them myself. The most professional panel beaters I've ever seen!"
"Awful customer service. Took 6 weeks to complete what was promised as a one week job. Terrible communication - they never returned a single call. And were dismissive and unconcenred about the problem when I finally managed to get in touch with them, which only happened after I made formal complaint to my insurance company, who actually had to send out an assessor to wake them up. Never again! My worst experience after 45 years dealing with the motor trade, and I have encountered quite some cowboys in the past."
"Sent by insurance for a panel beating job. 4 months to book in for the repair, drop off the car on the day of the appointment (Monday), by Friday fed up with having no car all week went back to the shop only to pick up my car UNTOUCHED. Drove it away still damaged, after being car less all week. We're going somewhere else to get it fixed."
"If I could give a minus 5 I would - it took 140 days to have my car repaired, the communication was appalling, occasionally they would send text messages instead of calling - I was mislead to 3 times as to what the state of the car was in e.g. we have people off with Covid they can't paint (my car was not ready to paint) They did not return phone calls, it took them 6 weeks after they received the car to order a part - and when I did get it back there was spray paint on my leather seats. I asked for the owner to contact me so that I could explain my frustrations with a view to bettering his business its been 2 weeks nothing."
