"Absolute magicians here. Took my car to 3 different mechanics who couldn't diagnose and thus fix an issue I was having with my Ford Fiesta (high revs/stalling mid drive) I gave up after the 3rd and just put up with it for quite some time (2-3 years) Brought my car here on a whim to get 2 worn hoses replaced that started leaking, as the mechanic I normally get serviced at was booked out for the rest of the month. I never mentioned the other issue, but when I went to pick it up I was told they had noticed it was running a little rough so they did some diagnostic testing and found the problem. I booked it in again with low expectations of the problem being solved ...but low and behold it's actually fixed! After all this time I was expecting it to be a bigger issue than what my car was worth, but they had it fixed in just a few hours and the bill only came to $150. I feel like this is the definition of excellent customer service, they went above and beyond, didn't try to "rip me off" and had the issue fixed promptly without a fuss. Very happy and grateful customer here. (Thank you so much guys!)"
