"Today, we went in for some appliances. We were greeted by a lovely lady asking if we needed help to which we said we're just going to look around first. She was happy with that and gave us our space to look. When we were ready to ask some questions, she was there for us and happy to help. She wasn't pushy, she didnt hover like some people do. She was the perfect salesperson. This lovely ladies name was Rita. If we ever need to purchase from here again, i hope we have Rita as our salesperson."
"Went in to buy a steam cleaner , girl took me to the cleaners and showed me two brands told me the price and not much else. I say oh I thought they were cheaper her reply was no you have to pay more to get a good cleaner. They didn’t have cheaper ones. Right or wrong no further discussion. On my way out I saw cheaper ones but decided to go else where so I could understand the difference . You go no sale I went to Harvey Norman where I spent $700 on a cleaner. I learnt the difference between each one . With different staff training you might get more sales but not from me . So disappointed that a business can be so uncaring with your customers."
