"I am utterly fed up and extremely disappointed with the abysmal service provided by hungry jacks. It is with great frustration and annoyance that I find myself writing this review, once again, as this has become an all too familiar occurrence. I have placed numerous orders, hoping for a simple and enjoyable dining experience, but alas, my expectations have been consistently shattered by their sheer incompetence. It seems that no matter how clear and straightforward my requests are, they manage to get it wrong every single time. The most infuriating aspect of it all is the constant missing items from my orders. It is like they have a secret game of 'hide-and-seek' with sauces, and I can assure you, it's not amusing in the least. How difficult is it to include all the components of an order? Apparently, it's an insurmountable task for them."
"The egg an bacon breakfast was good but the bread roll was way over cook is was rock hard an I did ask for 2 sugar in both coffee it didn't taste so good with out sugar I don't think u lot know how to make a good coffee lease the bean wasn't so strong"
"They constantly forget burgers / chips in people orders, every time I go there something is missing and having to go back in to get it. And recently received a coke with raspberry bursties in it, when I ordered a normal coke and had to throw the hole drink away. I understand mistakes happen but how do u stuff up that badly and that often."
"Got the cowboy in a double for dinner tonight was pretty disappointing. no bacon on the burger and only one shrivelled-up onion ring and had a little bit of mustard and tomato sauce on it. Out of the 3 large meals only one chips was filled up."
