"Completely overlooked my order. Cannot rate the quality pizza as I didn’t even get one. “It’s coming”, they kept saying, yet I’ve never heard so many empty promises in my life. Really disappointing Domino’s."

"I ordered pizza’s tonight and was given the incorrect pizza. When I called, a girl answered the phone without saying hello or introducing herself. I told her the problem and she said ‘can you just come back?’ …. What an epic waste of my time. When I arrive, there was no apology, and appalling customer service. I’m fairly certain the pizza I initially received was just placed back in the warmer… a major health code violation. I’m never ordering from here again. I will only go to Big Papa’s in Camira in the future! I regret ordering from here."

"Would never recommend to anyone. I ordered a pizza online at around 8:46 pm. Around 9:36pm we called the store to inquire about the order since we never received the pizza and they said it was delivered. I would love to see their proof of delivery. (We have security cameras), so we can see who have been at the front door and times. Effectively, no evidence of deliveries. Chloe, the delivery person passed on the phone to ask me if we live in a red brick house with creamy doors. ( Lady, there are 92 houses in the complex that look just like that). Any way... It is also outrageous that a refund takes up to 5 working days and there is no written correspondence or evidence to track it down."

"Asked staff if they wash pans, was told they just throw it in oven and burn it off, even if it's dropped? They don't bother changing gloves if they're handling vegan food and induce cross contamination. No doubt the owner is probably inciting this behaviour to save on costs. Don't order from this place unless you want old oil on your pizza."

"I don’t have many word for this… uncooked, uncut, size, toppings? I really think you guys have to do a proper train on your staff, seems like someone doesn’t want to work there.
