"Very popular cosy Italian restaurant with excellent service. Can be quite noisy due to the crowd but good spot for a nice meal."
"Probably the very best Italian Restaurant I've been too, certainly here in the Illawarra. The food was delicious, the staff were fabulous with a welcoming vibe."
"Make a reservation before heading over! It gets really busy if you don't have one (especially the weekends) Went there without one but the manager gave us a seat before the arrival of the next reservation (thanks again!) The food and services here were awesome. The manager was patient and recommended these mains and every single one was good. Highly recommended."
"I know we booked late in the peace but we were made to feel so welcome and loved. The food to be frank was amazing and the service was incredibly attentive and perfect. All 3 courses were each light and impressive. I will be back which is a big thing for me"
"I had originally tried to make a booking and was sadly told there was no availability for dinner. We were only in Wollongong for a few nights. Not long after I received a phone call from the owner stating they had a table as they just had a cancellation. That was impressive as I didn't leave my number. We were greeted and seated by friendly staff in this small personable restaurant. There are no menus available and it's all written on a blackboard. Very different and actually refreshing. We then realised it was BYO which I hadn't bothered to check. So after the owner recommended homemade pasta to my husband he advised there was a shop nearby to get a bottle of wine or whatever, if we chose to. By the time we returned dinner was ready. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his pasta and I had the lasagne which was amazing. It felt family-like. To top it off garlic bread. We weren’t rushed or hurried to eat and run. The owner spoke with pride about making his own dishes with the odd story about his Italian homeland on the side. This was a wonderful and personable dinner. Highly recommend."
