"Disgusted by service, wanted damaged claw on priceless ring repaired but I had to return it 3 days later after collection as claws had broken again (was told this would be a store charge, but received phone call 7 days later telling me I would charged!) Took my ring to an independent and been told the ring now has a large chip & cracked stone! Funny how Michael Hill never mentioned this to me! I was also informed the claws have been made too thin. Going to cost over $300 to repair! Maybe I should invoice Michael Hill."
