"I put a watch on lay-by with a $20 deposit and was told if I cancel, I forfit the deposit, which is fine. I had to cancel and when I went in to do so she tried to make me forfit 20% rather than the $20 originally agreed upon. I had it in writing (the receipt) so I got my refund minus the $20 as agreed however I find this practice dishonest and I won't be shopping there again. 3 stars for a great range, can't deny that, but prices aren't great so that's my rating."
