"Stayed for 2 times, was lovely experience so far. Would be a go to place when I’m in Newcastle"
"Horrible experience. When we arrived, the codes wouldn’t work. Once we finally got through to a room, we discovered the air con didn’t work, the fan sounded as though it would fall off at any moment and the room smelt mouldy. The bathroom sink was clogged, towels were old and ripped and we only had one toilet roll for 4 nights. The bathroom would also practically flood every time we showered. The TV also wouldn’t work. When we asked if we could move to another room as they were unable to fix these issues, they said they weren’t able to. Even though it is budget accomodation and a good location being central, I wouldn’t recommend."
"Room clean, bathroom shower was cold, not enough utensils in kitchen for two, a toaster would be nice. For the price it was adequate and close to Civic Theater. Thanks to cleaners we go aircon working."
"Absolutely terrible. Didn’t receive a code for the front door and when we tried to call them a different hotel answered. Couldn’t get a hold of staff for quite some time. The room smelt, fan didn’t work, lights were broken, window didn’t open and the hotel was very unclean. Would not recommend"
