"NOT HAPPY! Ordered two Angus burgers and a coke. Got home, no meat on patties and got a Vanilla Coke. Went back as understand mistakes happen, they redid our order. Got home only to fine no meat again!!!! Rang and spoke to Sophie the manager on duty. She said she was very sorry and could only offer a voucher or to come back the 3rd time! Not good enough…. We wanted a refund and could only get a voucher back! NOT HAPPY - will not go back again."
"Ordered two breakfast meals plus drinks. Every single element of the meal was wrong. Drinks missing (then tepid temperatures and flavourless when they did arrive), mcmuffin eggs missing in both meals, hash browns soggy. Poor customer service at best. $30 down the drain, won't be returning."

"Pretty dirty maccas with a lot of houseflies flying around. Wouldn’t want to get anything to eat with the standard of hygiene here. Got frozen coke and it wasn’t full but I’ve had worse at other maccas. Service was very slow. Toilets with 2 cubicles manned by houseflies all over the toilet seats."
