"Overall every time I have come here from a few years ago until now the food has always been made terribly. On top of that the times online lie. It says closes 7 and has been confirmed recently. Yet I drive out and arrive at 6:30 (wanted to try and be healthy and no other subways nearby), shut. Seriously do better"

"Recently moved to area and have to say this subway is possibly the worst I’ve been to on several occasions. The same lady always sitting down by the till, never smiles or says thank you. All she really does is ask for your money. The rest of the staff don’t seem to have much more to offer either and rarely offer a smile. It’s almost like none of them want to be there!!! They talk amongst themselves about themselves while making orders in front of customers. To me it feels like they might be all family. Anyhoo on top of the lack of friendliness, my sandwich today made by the young man was terrible. The bread felt like it had been sitting there for a while and it generally didn’t taste fresh. I usually always order the same from subway and todays was the poorest sandwich I’ve ever had."

"Food is fresh. The new young team is great, but sorry new lady manager turned me off as she was sitting on her chair behind the cash register with smokes next to the register, barking orders at the staff (that could've been addressed better in a team meeting) and belittling them in front of customers."

"Went to Subway Warners Bay for a quick lunch while we were out and about. We entered the store, that was mostly clean and tidy. The Manager/Owner greeted myself and my partner nicely before telling us when we were ready to let them know. We had selected our menu items and were waiting for them to be prepared when the manager started talking to another team member very loudly about a topic that should have waited until no customers were in the store (this was work related but there was no one behind us in the line and customers should have taken some level of priority). They did this a second time repeating the same thing they had told them originally. On to the food. I ordered a Buffalo chicken and salad wrap, unfortunately the wrap was clearly old and broke up as I was trying to eat it. As for the buffalo sauce, it was extremely hot, it was very similar to a hot chilli sauce. My partner ordered a B.L.T footlong, it was ok, however there was only 2 slices of bacon on the footlong sandwich instead of the regular 4 slices. Overall, not worth the money we paid."

"We arrived at lunchtime on a Saturday, with a large festival (the living smart festival) on up the road. It was packed people were basically lined out the door! But, we wanted Subway and had no where else to be, so we decided to wait. The staff we rushed off their feet, but seemed pleasant enough. The food was fresh and well made, not fast but good! I will be back again!"
