"Got an opal ring with a supposed "lifetime warranty". Have only worn it twice when noticed a crack going right across the ring (see images below). Contacted the customer service through the website and got a reply from an individual Trent who told me that the lifetime warranty does not extend to the stone even though the warranty (see image below) clearly stated that Anderson-Beattie provides a "lifetime guarantee on all of its hand made opal products". After further email exchange Trent offered for me to send my ring for repair to a third party in the US (I live in Canada) without covering any shipping costs and without covering any repair costs with absolutely no guarantee that I will get the ring back. If you value your money and time, DO NOT buy any products off of their website!! These guys are absolutely dishonest and unprofessional and do not honour their own business practices."
