"I attempted to call DJs Kotara on three separate occasions today. Each time, I was on hold for ten to fifteen minutes before deciding to call it quits. I have no issue with staff not dropping everything to attend to my call, however they are clearly understaffed and unavailable to actually provide customer service and assistance. This was a prospective $1000+ dollar sale. I was forced to listen to a long form rant about consideration of staff while on hold; I don't see how this is relevant to the 99% of customers who aren't abusive. This line also shouldn't be used to justify a lack of staffing. I will now just seek another retailer."
