Welcome to Newcastle Grammar School - Park Campus! Located in Cooks Hill, at the corner of Union Street and Parkway Avenue, our school is a warm, friendly, and supportive environment for students from Kindergarten to Year 4.

At Park Campus, we prioritize the security and comfort of our young learners during their early years of primary education. Our school provides the necessary structure and discipline for children to develop socially and academically. While our curriculum offers a broad introduction to the world of education, we place a special emphasis on the traditional areas of literacy and numeracy.

Our Inquiry-based approach encourages independent and enriching learning in subjects like Science, History, and Geography. All students also have the opportunity to learn coding and can join lunchtime clubs. As they progress through the school, they can participate in our co-curricular program.

To cater to individual learning needs, students work in ability groups across various areas of the curriculum. We have specialist teachers in music, PD/H/PE, library, and languages, including Mandarin. Additionally, our students benefit from a diverse range of excursions and camps, which provide hands-on experiences related to their studies.

Leading our Primary School is Mrs. Alicha Dyer, a highly experienced educational leader who is passionate about primary co-education. Mrs. Dyer's approach to learning, her commitment to seeing every child thrive, and her focus on student well-being set a positive tone throughout our school.
