"We purchased a sterling 3 seater Hollywood black leather lounge 7/8/2023 from freedom Kotara. We found staff super friendly & helpfull.The lounge has a seat/headrest recliners at both ends of lounge with a non relining center seat. Each seat is 1.25 seating size. unbelievably 2 days later we were advised the lounge was available for delivery instead of waiting the expected 12-13 weeks. we delayed delivery for a week. It has now been delivered & set up by the delivery guys who were awesome, Chris & Ali. They tested the recliners & took the rubbish away, couldn't possibly be more pleased or ask for more. Super happy with our freedom purchase. Peter & Tania Speirs"

"Went into the Kotara store as I had made a purchase online and moments after purchasing received an email that there was a sale on the item I had purchased and it would have saved me over $700. Not really expecting much of an outcome I was pleasantly surprised that they offered a refund for the whole amount. Not only that, the staff (Jenny & Nigel) were both incredibly kind and happy to help. I was so happy with getting the money back, but more impressed with the service from the team. "Freedom Kotara's interior decoration service was a real surprise! I am not very confident with colours so thought I would spend $150 for Kotara's interior decorator to help me. Sarah F arrived at my apartment at the scheduled time and she was a true delight, putting me at ease from the start with her calm and confident demeanor. Sarah spent the full 90 minutes with me talking about what I was looking for, making suggestions, taking pictures, etc. We agreed to meet up at the store a few days later when she had a number of mood boards ready for my consideration. We pulled cushions from all different locations in the store, considered floor rugs, throws, art work and entertainment units. I was very satisfied with the final selection of a Claremont entertainment unit, Malaki floor rug, three cushions, a throw and a pouffe. I can't thank Sarah enough for her invaluable contribution to my selections, and with Sarah's tuition and encouragement, I am now a more confident decorator of my apartment.
