"Terrible service yet again from Nick Scali, the sales people are very nice, once you have paid it goes downhill - they advise delivery times of 10 weeks that become 3-4 months, my recent experience we purchased a lounge and two side chairs with strict instructions the items need to be in stock for immediate delivery, we paid in full, the lounge and one chair arrived and how we’re told delivery of the missing lounge won’t occur until September! What a scam! Was advised the regional manager approved a refund when I asked to speak to the regional manager the staff advised they are not available but could send them an email. I hope the regional manager reads the poor reviews and gives me a call, you have my contact details……I won’t hold by breath!"

"I am still waiting for a manager to phone me back after delivery of my very substantial order in the 1st of February. My lounge was carried on the shoulder of a single delivery driver resulting in bowing of my almost $5000 leather lounge. My console table doesn’t close correctly, my large tv cabinet scrapes on both doors when opening or closing making them in usable. My dinning table has a smudged join mark on the table top and my slab bench seat has a chip on the end that has been “glued” back down before delivering to me. I have called and called customer service to be told they can not connect me with anyone that is able to help rectify this issue except wait until March 28th for the potential of a technician to come and inspect the issues. March 28th is absolutely unacceptable after the amount of money spent on the furniture. For someone to come and inspect before anything will be done if anything. Photos and videos have been sent as requested by Nick Scarli. Still nothing!! Every time I ring I’m met with someone will call you! Not once has anyone called me back!!! Would avoid Nick Scarli at all costs never again will I deal with them. I want my issues rectified immediately and someone who can deal with these issues to contact me!!! Good luck anyone currently dealing with or thinking of purchasing from Nick Scarli. Run as fast as you can!!!"

"After waiting 7 months for a modular couch…it is just the worst design ever. We have had a guy come out twice, passed from person to person with no assistance. DO NOT BUY the modular couch. Every time you sit down there is at least a 40mm gap which is just perfect for phones and remotes to fall down. Not a big deal but to get to it you have to dissemble the module because it’s all one piece. Buy somewhere else it’s shocking and frustrating and just not worth $3k"

"Earlier post below this latest update. After waiting for 5 months for my lounge, initially promised to be delivered within 10 weeks. The delivery has been cancelled on the morning of promised delivery date. Despite multiple confirmations and a request from Nick Scali to pay balance ASAP, which was done without any delay. The company gives no option to refund deposits, hence leaves customers with no choice than to deal with substandard level of customer service and false promises. If customers are asked to pay balances asap with the requested time frame, should the company also not be held accountable for their promised delivery times? I would advise no-one deal with Nick Scali unless stock is present. Do not listen to any promises made on the floor. Original post below……. Lounge ordered in early August. Advised 10 week delivery, more than likely less. Still waiting more than 4 months later. No advice from Nick Scali regarding ETA. No explanation for delay. Order status has been “in transit” for the past few months. Extremely disappointing."

"If I could rate this as a zero I would. After waiting for our product to arrive today it turned up with drawers that are misaligned and the courier saying someone's coming to fix it. The product is totally sub standard and doesn't meet the requirements of the Australian Consumer law. We should have done our research, but we also should be able to trust a product lives up to expectations. Buyer beware."
