She makes sure your foot wear fits perfectly and is very patient while you try on different sizes. Certainly recommend this place for great customer service and products. "The best quality sheep skin Ugg boots and slippers in Australia. Top workmanship, beautiful colours, wide variety of fit, very knowledgeable staff who ensure you walk away loving your purchase. You can buy additional inslips for when the sole wears down but the rest of the boot is still in perfect condition, extending lifetime even further. There is also a cafe for food and drinks with both indoor and outdoor dining, and a factory museum on the history of Mortels."
