"Poor communication in regards to sales. Both my partner and I tried to contact several times each, in regards to a block for sale. They answered our first call and said they will get back to us, after that we got nothing.. they failed to respond to us inspecting the property or give us any information on what was happening, it seemed as though they were not working in the best interest of the home owner trying to sell. Everytime we would call, the response was "the agent is not available". After a week of ignoring our attempted emails, texts and calls, we found that the property was "under offer", which then made sense hence the ignoring.. but instead, it would be very helpful for potential buyers, if the agent would do the best of their job and inform us of the property 'already having interest or going under offer' etc, instead of stringing buyers along and keeping them wondering, and also keeping another potential offer from the home owners, this way, potential buyers know to move on with their searvh. I had never dealt with an agent who lacks such professionalism."
