"I’ve stayed here number of times, unfortunately has steadily declined over the years to the point now where I will no longer stay here. There are somethings that I don’t mind putting up with for a night or two, but when you wake up to scrambling cockroaches all of you Kitchen, that’s where I draw the line. Sorry but I’m out."

"Happy to recommend Room was clean had everything we needed.There was a misunderstanding regarding who was responsible for payment of drinks from fridge given we had travelled with friends from overseas. It appears details of friend's credit card were overlooked and I received bill. Upon discussing with Kiern hotel kindly took care of situation as our friends had left Australia. Fantastic customer service We'll definitely be back."

"We used to send our Business staff here as originally the Best Western, obviously changed hands during Covid and now just a disgustingly dirty motel. Never again, recommend staying elsewhere as obviously cleaning is off the agenda now."

"Stayed here for work and was booked in by our travel company and have told them to never book me or any of my colleagues in here again. Location is the only tick but the rooms are dirty,there was a two seater that would not be picked up from a council pick up and reception staff were not welcoming at all. First review I have ever left but this place is so bad I have to warn others."

"Although we only stayed one night, our experience was great. The front desk staff was friendly. Our one bedroom apartment was well equipped and tidy. It is close to the Main Street. We’ve since booked again. I’ve included a couple of photos, but not of the bedroom or bathroom."
