"My partner came from surgery from the hospital next door to pick up a script. She was interrogated about her address and details and accused of having a false script. Her name on her Licence matched the script that was issued by the anaesthetist but she was essentially called a liar. She had just been under general anaesthetic and was very upset and shaken. Appalling behaviour and we will be progressing further complaints with the relevant ombudsman."
