"Had always had a great customer service experience at this store until recently. I literally got yelled at buy someone I would assume was a senior member of staff as I left the store after being ignored while I waited patiently for 2 members of staff to finish their conversation (I stated that I would go else where after I was seen by both staff, went to say something but not before they turned their backs on me and walked away). I have emailed head office but unfortunately never received a reply so I assume they're not bothered either. Very reluctant to return and will only go if I have absolutely no choice to do so. Such a pity because all the young girls who work there are lovely and always go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need."
