"The building facility looked ok for first impression. I tried to open the front door which was locked. This lady came and asked what I was after to which I gave her an answer. She then asked me to use the back door which made me uncomfortable. Why the back door? Then I remembered I was at the Ghana high commission. The drama and bad experiences went on and on until I left. 1. Receptionists Some show no respect Some make fun of people who call for assistance They are not welcoming and friendly They talk anyhow sometimes yelling 2. Office looks like someone’s home Very disorganised I asked for water and they served me with tap water from the sink 2. The main consulate or whatever they call him, appeared bossy with that Ghanaian arrogance vibe I gave complement on his suit but he gave me a weird look with no response We later had a kind off good chat about my hometown and a-bit of politics 3.Equipments were standard high tech scanners and printers Fast Internet service Email interactions were quick Good camera shots for passport photos Short wait time Express envelopes are available for sale onsite Overall service was good !!!!!"
