Wayne completed his training at the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences and the Australian College of Massage. He is skilled in athletic/sports specific treatments, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, and remedial exercises. Wayne also provides individualized home care to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.

With years of clinical experience, Wayne has successfully treated and managed clients with chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries, and body aches caused by factors such as poor posture, work ergonomics, and everyday life stresses. When he's not working with clients, Wayne dedicates his time to training for Ironman triathlons and has a keen interest in long-distance running. Additionally, Wayne is currently pursuing a degree in Physiotherapy, aiming to bring a unique treatment option to our Capital Peak Performance clients.

Another valued member of our team is Amy, who has been an integral part of the local community for over 30 years. Amy is passionate about providing therapeutic massage and wellness guidance to her clients, with the goal of optimizing and restoring their health. Through a thorough assessment, Amy identifies the root causes of dysfunction and incorporates her massage technique to unwind and reset the body, promoting ease, comfort, and injury prevention.

Amy's experience extends to various areas, including addressing headaches caused by postural issues or work/life stresses, hip and lower back issues, and anxiety-induced muscle tension. She draws on her background in fitness and elderly care to enhance her clients' awareness of their own bodies and their daily functions. Amy continues to enhance her skills as a therapist under the guidance of our Senior Therapist, Wayne.
