"My Autistic teen was having issues with his legs, hips and ankles/feet and the 2 Physios he saw were great with him. We would have continued their with the program, how ever the Receptionist (Joanne) really turned me off when one appointment we missed as myself and my whole family were very unwell with a flu. I was so unwell with an infection I was asleep with a very sick toddler and accidentally slept through our appointment. My son was sick as well so could mot attend. When I woke I quickly rang to apologise for not attending and explain how sick we were. Joanne was unsympathetic and demanded the full service as a cancellation fee over the phone. In shock and tears I provided my details and told her I was upset. She didn’t care. Then had the nerve to ask if we wanted another appointment!? I told her no, we will go somewhere else. When the receipt was emailed I responded asking for the Practice Manager to be advised I wasn’t happy and to review this matter, a month later I still have no response. That evening myself and my toddler were hospitalised. A couple of weeks later we found another Physio clinic where they have work very well on my son in a quicker time and have been wonderful (Performance Edge Belconnen- highly recommend). I won’t paint this entire service and its physios with the same brush but based on behaviour of Reception and discussions with friends after my experience, turns out Florey Physio has recently lost repeat service due to poor customer service and inflexible reception who are clearly not passing on disgruntlement. Or if they do the Practice Manager doesn’t care. Either way its not a good look. I use to go alot for my son so all they lost is repeat service."

"I'm writing to express my appreciation of Dr Jaksa's Physiotherapy Bronchiectasis Breathing Program. I started in November 2015 using the Pari-Pep Flutter. My lung condition is due to alpha 1 anti-trypsin deficiency, which has affected several members of my family. Although I do the program only once daily (when I rise in the morning) it seems to have improved my lungs. Sometimes I miss a day in the week, but this is unusual. I noticed the difference about a month ago when walking in the hills of the Canberra Arboretum. I still puff walking up hills, but I don't seem to get distressed, like I used to. I'm now 77. 10/08/16"
"This is comment regarding their customer service. This is my recent experience: I visited them to ask for a certain specialized product that physios sometimes sell. They said that they don't have it in stock, but suggested that I can go to a particular pharmacy that may have the item in stock, and if not, I can come back and the physio will be able to order it in with overnight delivery. I checked the pharmacy right away, and since they didn't have what I wanted I came back to the physio. The receptionist was very kind to say, that now they are closed for a 2 hour lunch break, and they are sorry that they didn't warn me. Very nice. We agreed, that I will come after lunch break, since I really needed that product. In 2 hours I visit them again and they tell me now, that I should have a consultation with them for $110 before they can decide which product suit me best and then they will order it in. Totally hate this attitude, why not to say this right away? Several hours of my time wasted with about 30km driven in vain."
