"worst customer service ever i have seen by medical center receptionist. They don't have enough knowledge and responsibility. I have very bad experience i have call them 2-3 time for just one report request which is authorized by doctor but receptionist not sending it and asking same question what are you looking for so i have to explain everything again and keep punting my phone on hold and other person received call without information. I guess good medical center need good receptionist staff with some experience it's look like literally people over the call are inexperienced and irresponsible."
"Hello Nicole (practice manager), After two years supporting this medical practice with our family of five's medical needs, I was amazed at the disappointing service provided over the phone this afternoon by the receptionist in your team. Although not critical for medical care, these negative customer experience moments make it hard to come back, knowing the same will be dished up again and again. Further to this, this morning the GP was 25 mins late to the practice and the receptionist said nothing to a waiting room of 5+ families/couples/individuals. This demonstrates a continued pattern of poor communication of the receptionist team that needs to be addressed."
"Very poor service at the reception with lack of care and empathy to patients and concession card holders. The doctor we consulted was reasonably good but the staff needs to be given more training and they charge for overtime. The manager also seem to be not attending and I am still following up for my billing issue for no fault of mine."
"My husband and I are receiving care here and the GPs have been excellent. The receptionist, however, frankly needs to be fired. I’ve requested on multiple occasions my medical records which to date are yet to be supplied, I have arrived for blood collections; waited an hour and then told it can’t be done as it is after lunch time and the Laverty team left, and worst off all on arrival made my terminally ill partner unnecessarily wait over 40 minutes for our appointment (which the GP noticed on entry) in an empty waiting room. A receptionist is the face of your business, and it’s a shame an excellent establishment like this is dragged down by a single bad staff member. [To be more specific, the receptionist in question is a Caucasian female with dark hair]"
"I have never had a bad experience at Crace Medical Centre. Myself and my four children all see Dr Jani-Naik. She is one of the most caring and compassionate human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else."
