Welcome to Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), located at 41 Templeton Street, Cook. We are an establishment and point of interest dedicated to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.

One of our upcoming events is the ARCAP professional workshop, an online self-compassion program specifically designed for autistic adults. Developed and trialled using participatory methods, this program aims to help therapists, clinicians, and mental health workers assist autistic adults in developing self-compassion skills, regulating emotions, and improving mental health.

In line with the spirit of "Include a Charity Week", we encourage Australians to consider leaving a gift in their Will to Aspect. By doing so, you will make a lasting impact on the lives of people on the autism spectrum.
