"Generally, The Energy People did a good job in installing both a central reverse cycle AC system and a single gas heater unit. They provided effective advice before the install and were efficient for the install. We did notice later however of closer inspection that some of the square ceiling vents were not not aligned correctly to the wall line - out by a few degrees. This is a minor issue compared to the massive other work, but we will always see the misalignment."
