"My first washing machine I purchased from them was broken and they replaced in four days. A second washing machine. They exchanged it with is still broken and for the past six weeks. I have tried calling leaving voicemail and emailing to have a replacement and I’ll refund and they will contact me return my call or respond to my email. I will never buy other machine here. I would appreciate the company, calling me back and honouring. The fact I started calling you prior to my three month warranty be expired"

"$150 call out fee for the guy to not bring parts. Told me I had to go their their store and buy them and fit them myself. Got to the store and there are shut up despite supposedly being open. Excuse from the repair guy was I just paid for a call out not to fix it. Washer still not fixed and I’m out $150…useless bordering on a scam."

"Very unhappy with the customer service we received in regards to our delivery. The delivery company would not give us an approximation of what their arrival time would be, I said I would have been happy if it was at least a 2hr window so I could arrange my day around it but was told NO. On the day of delivery they gave us 5mins! notice before arrival and then complained that the fridge they were removing wasn't quite ready to go (I was in the process of removing the last few things when they arrived) and the yard wasn't clear (how was I to know they would need to go through the yard? We have a very wide front door and hallway to the kitchen area). This lack of customer service applies to Manhos too as they have chosen to use this company. Also when I called to complain about the inconvenience Manhos made it clear that they were aware of this, gave me no sympathy and basically said too bad that's how the delivery company works we aren't going to do anything about it. This included refusing to arrange for the old fridge to be collected another day if I couldn't get it ready in time and I was told I better have it ready in time as the delivery company will not wait. If you don't have all day to sit around waiting for someone to arrive at any point in the day that suits them, with your frozen foods and meat sitting out on the bench so the old fridge is ready to go (95% of people I know don't). DO NOT GET GOODS DELIVERED FROM MANHOS."

"This is the best place to buy refurbished appliances or to get repairs. Prices are realistic and they will advise on the quality of products. They know because they look inside and see how they are made. We have bought washing machines, dishwasher, and a refrigerator over about 25 years and happy with service and will keep going back."

"In a word.. APPAULING. I wish I had read these reviews before I went here. I was charged $220 to have my dishwasher fixed but once I got it home it still didn't work. Apparently it worked perfectly when it was tested. I seriously doubt it though. I was then told to take it back to the shop again (cause that's a fun job) and quoted another $330 to fix it again. Before I agreed to have it fixed the first time, I specifically asked if the dishwasher was worth fixing before spending the money and I was told yes. After quizzing the dishwasher mechanic about the issue and why I needed to spend even more money, he became very aggressive and continued to yell the same thing down the phone at me. Serious anger management issues! Eventually I was able to speak to the manager who was more reasonable but I won't be going back now. Honestly, I wouldn't feel safe after the mechanic's outburst. They now have my dishwasher and my money."
