"Terrible experience renting with them. Ended up at tribunal and based on interactions, it was clear this was not their first time losing et tribunal. Stay away from them if you are a tenant or a landlord with morals. I see they have responded to say I was never a tenant which is not correct. If Google requests emails and evidence I can supply them."

Expect no help from them when you actually need it. Every small item becomes a battleground and they will try and wring every single cent from your bond when you leave. One of the most unhelpful and frustrating businesses I’ve had to deal with. I'm sure landlords love them, but thank god I will NEVER have to rent from them again. An absolute nightmare and I'm so glad I don't have to deal with them again. Beware..."
