"We chose Quest City Walk for its location and availability of a wheelchair accessible apartment. The location proved to be its greatest asset - walking distance to lots of places to eat and shop and a short walk to buses and light rail. The staff were friendly and helpful, the other guests (over Easter) were very quiet and respectful. The overall premises well furnished, clean and well maintained. There is room for improvement in the accessible room however and we will provide more explicit feedback with suggestions directly to Quest. In brief, the room is essentially standard but with a modified bathroom. It would not suit an unaccompanied wheelchair user as there is much that is out of reach including the thermostat, bedside lights, crockery & glassware and most importantly, the keycard holder that powers the room. The bathroom floor is dangerously slippery, I'd recommend bringing a rubber shower mat and asking for extra towels to mop up the floor. Other simple modifications could improve the overall experience. This room on the 2nd floor did not have a balcony and had only 1 window which overlooked the parking area and into the immediately adjacent office space. On the plus side, there was plenty of room to manoeuvre the wheelchair throughout the apartment space and the living/dining area furniture was light and moveable so we could easily arrange things to suit our preferences. It was handy to have a washing machine/dryer in the room & clothes airers available from communal laundry room. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - there's plenty more to see and do and this was a great place to make our base for the week. Side note: we were advised that the contract to provide wheelchair taxi service in the ACT is held by 13WATS (phone 139 287) and we can definitely recommend them for friendly and safe transport assistance."

"Modern, clean and spacious rooms with a perfect location, close to everything. Have deducted a star because of the service while checking in - they weren't particularly welcoming, told us they'd call when the room was ready but didn't get a call. Was waiting 40 minutes and came back to see what was going on and they were already checking people in so seems they forgot. Pillows were also very high, a bit painful on the neck. Recommend to bring your own if you can or use the decorative cushions but otherwise couldn't fault the amenities."
