"The location is fantastic with all public transport and buses to Sydney right at the footstep. The front desk staff was very warm and efficient and the entire stay from check-in to check-out was very smooth. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, beautiful spread, fresh and tasty food and so many options!! I would stay again, definitely more for the breakfast buffet, highly recommend."

I've never had such a caring and warm welcome to a hotel before and am blown away by this exceptional quality of service. "Dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Dust EVERYWHERE, Stains on carpet and curtains, only given two toilet paper rolls that had been opened by the people staying before us, chair in room needed a good clean, no mini bar or bottled water and no after hours room service to order anything, towels smelt like electrical burning. It made us so uncomfortable to have our kids staying in the room and walking around. We left early. On a plus side the breakfast was great."
"A very 1970s style room, wood and leather with modern conveniences. Balcony room was nice. Shower has good temperature control. Bed was comfortable and a good mix between hard and soft. Reception staff were helping and polite. There was an environmentally friendly option for less room cleaning in exchange for drinks vouchers."
