"Guys please Stay away from this business- Very unethical and unprofessional removalist ever , their price may be low but They will break you in last second, when you need the removal most. When your rental agreement ends that day. They will not pick up the phone. Texting “Sorry i cannot speak right now” at 4:45 pm in Friday afternoon. They will show up 1-2 hours late for removal after calling 30 times in the number from website which directly goes to mobile number. Even though while show up, they will say we don’t have space for your stuff . I should report this business to regulation but I don’t have time to do that sort off stuff."

"We had such a great experience with KM Removals. We required a very large and heavy 623L quad door fridge moved upstairs and our old fridge, which was the approx the same size moved back downstairs. Due to the narrow passage of the stairwell and tight space around the entrance of the stairwell this was a very challenging task. The 2 men sent out did such a great job for us and we really appreciate it. The fridge was very big and extremely heavy, but they were able to do it very successfully and took a lot of care ensuring no damage was done to both the fridge and our house during the difficult process. There was excellent communication and they were able to come in very short notice. Thank-you very much KM Removals."

They respond fast, came on time and did the job better than expected within the agreed time. Further, their price is lower than the market and service quality was awesome. "I made the booking on a very short notice and they promised to send us three man who can help us moving. During the whole moving time god knows how many people we had to dealt with and there was nothing amongst our furniture that was not damaged or scratched. They dropped our fridge down whilst taking it out of their vehicle and completely scratched . The worst company I have ever dealt with. Not responsible at all and not professional at all. Their manager was supposed to get back to us the following business day for insurance and they never did. They are not recommended at all."
