"The English dictionary doesn't contain vocabulary that would sufficiently articulate my experince. I went to this salon for an eyebrow thread and tint. I explained to the lady working that I was just after a tidy up, keeping my shape. This is not what I got. Not only was excruciating pain inflicted on me, as the lady ripped away the skin from my eye socket, I was further launched back to 2002, when the lady removed 90% of my eye brow hair. I was also left with eye brows of two completely different shapes and sizes with a large patch in the middle of my left eye brow. An absolutely horrible experince. If you wish to be seen in public after getting your eyebrows done, do your self a favour and go somewhere else. 1 star is a generous review, unfortunately, Google doesn't let you do minus stars."

"Could not recommend the service done on 30.04.2023 as my eyebrow waxing was uneven, one side thinner and a different shape to the other. The eyebrow tint was left on for such a short time, it did not darken my eyebrows. The lady rushed and took no care to do a good job. Very upset with the result."

"Went in to buy a gift card, after 7 minutes of listening to the sales person carry on with a client about spending almost $3k on her eyebrows she decides to address me and another lady that came in and just says, you will need to come back in about half an hour, I said, just to buy a gift card and she says well I’m running out of them anyway.?????
