"Staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately the food was not good. Steamed Dim Sims were cold in the middle, Sizzling pepper Lamb and fried rice had no flavour, and Malaysian chicken lacked any spice. I know they have just opened, so i hope they can turn things around"
"Please take this as constructive feedback to improve. Positives: + Service was good, attentive staff. + Food amount was good for the price. Negatives: - Kitchen exhaust pointed directly at outdoor dining area. We saw smoke coming out of it and thought it was a mister for cooling. - I ordered beef brisket noodle soup and taste is not up to my expectations. Noodles bit undercook and tasteless. My colleagues agreed as well that their food is tasteless and not up to standard. - Food quality is different standard from your other chain in Woden."
"Just not as good as the woden store. Laksa was quite bland, they don't sell BBQ meat by the kilo like woden store and their dumplings not very good. I suggest aligning closer to woden franchise and borrowing their cook(s) for a while. The soy chicken was nice though."
"The staff were so kind, they exceeded my expectations to make sure we had a lovely night! The Shanghai Steamed Pork Buns were the BEST, so juicy, soft and tasty. I also really enjoyed the Garlic Chicken Fried Rice. I definitely recommend this place, especially on a weeknight when it's a bit quieter."
"This place just recently opened and so maybe there’s a few teething issues that need to be sorted but for a second store (first in Woden I think) to be serving “Hainanese Chicken Rice” but actually serving Soy Chicken is very misleading especially if you’ve never had it before. Not to mention they advertise it as “boneless” but obviously this isn’t the case. Again maybe I was here on a bad day or they were out, regardless should at least tell your customer. The other dishes, wonton bbq pork dry noodles, the glutinous rice dumpling and pancake were so so, nothing special just about average. Kinda disappointed since i’ve been waiting for a decent chinese restaurant in Tuggeranong for a while."
