"A Disastrous Dining Experience at Masala house Indian Restaurant at shop 2/310. Anketell Street, Greenway, Canberra The Briyani served at Masala India Restaurant was an absolute disappointment. It lacked any semblance of flavor and aroma that one would expect from this classic Indian dish. The rice was overcooked and mushy, while the spices were overpowering resulting in a tasteless and bland mess. The Tandoori items we ordered were a disaster as well. The meat seemed undercooked and lacked the juicy tenderness that well-prepared Tandoori should have. Additionally, the seasoning was uneven, leaving some parts of the dish excessively spicy while others were tasteless. To add to the nightmare, after consuming the food at Masala India Restaurant, my kids experienced severe stomach discomfort. It's clear that the restaurant's lack of attention to food safety and hygiene has led to an unfortunate and upsetting experience for the whole family. Overall, our visit to Masala India was nothing short of a regrettable ordeal. The poorly prepared Briyani, improperly cooked Tandoori, and the distressing outcome for our kids have left us with a lasting negative impression. It is disheartening to witness such subpar quality in an Indian restaurant that claims to offer authentic cuisine. We strongly advise against dining at Masala India until they address these glaring issues and prioritize their customers' well-being and satisfaction."

"Have been here multiple times and the food + owners are amazing. Prices are fair and the food is some of the best around Tuggeranong. My favourites include their chicken biriyani, aloo baingan and their tandoori chicken, all of which are bursting with flavour. They often have special promotions so be on the lookout!"
