"If I can give one star for racist staff *2 , the one with glasses is lovely. Was a big fan of lululemon, but not anymore. Today I just can’t believe what I have experienced. If you are Asian, the staff would give you a glimpse then pretend they see nothing even though you approach to them and ask for help. But if you are white they smile and ask the customer “ how are you “. How ridiculous! The two staff are Asian too! Just can’t believe how lululemon can hire this kind of staff. I didn’t complain you two to your manager, I hope you can learn how to respect people before you know what is customer service!"

"Yesterday I went into the store because I had bought the wrong size online, they went above and beyond to ensure I found the right size. I haven’t had that level of service in a long time, I was really grateful. Thank you."

"Saw an item i liked online so went into store to purchase it. It was on sale online but apparently they put up the sale early on the website but their stores arent allowed to match that price. So thats already strike 1, not something id expect from a such a large brand. So im like fine, it was the last item in stock for that size so i asked if they could at least hold on to it for two days until they can match their online price and they refused to do that also. So what, im expected to just travel here in hopes its still there in two days and if not then tough luck? Rubbish service."

"Meg went absolutely above and beyond to provide a level of service I don't think I've ever been the recipient of before. I attended the store whilst visiting Canberra from remote Aus where I live. I needed help with an exchange of some items (which were interstate) and Meg did a phenomenal job of organising all of the complicated details that went into facilitating the exchange from afar. I would confidently say, this was the most friendly and beyond extraordinary help I've ever received. This review doesn't really do justice to how much extra work she put into helping me navigate what was a fairly complex transaction. Lulu lemon products tend to fall in a higher price point when it comes to clothing, however I would definitely say, it is a "get what you pay for, and more" place. I use their products essentially everyday and the quality has been outstanding. 5 stars ++ for the team and great products."

"One star due to the staff at this store in Canberra are unhelpful and just bleak/terrible. They can see that you're looking for some assistance but they continue to chat amongst themselves or eat at the front table where the leggings are. You need to approach them. They should get some staff training from their other store like Macquarie Centre in Sydney. I buy online now or wait till I take a trip to Sydney service is better there. I refuse to buy clothing from this store."
