"Went in to exchange a pair of shoes purchased online. To their credit, they were very quick to give a refund and the staff member was friendly. But on the refund front, they were too quick in fact, because what I really wanted (and asked for) was a recommendation on a more suitable pair with a more shallow heel drop angle. But with a very limited range of shoes for any shoe store, much less one that purports to specialise in sporting shoes, the staff member seemed convinced there was no point even trying or doing a fitting. The internet was recommended as a more suitable place to find a new pair for specialist sporting needs, they only had a couple of models intended for looks. Quite the waste of time."
