"Amazing amazing designs and fittings"
"I purchased a $400 coat only to find that (within weeks) stitching was coming undone and buttons coming loose. Separate from the issue of quality, I found Politix at David Jones Canberra to be incredibly painful to deal with. They don't answer their phone or return voicemail messages. Chasing them up meant going into the store which was an ordeal in itself. They never have anyone at their counter and take 10-15 minutes to turn up when DJ staff summon them. It took four weeks to find out that a replacement coat was ready for me because they didn't call when they promised. Incredibly disappointing and I won't be returning."
