"What a terrible expereince I had from this swimming pool. Pool staff and supervisor, who were very rude and unprofessional towards us. They did not attempt to understand the full situation and simply allow the other unreaonable swimmer being rude to us. We won't come back for sure."
"The swimming lessons the centre offers are reasonably priced and the instructors are all very competent. I can't say much about the rest of the facilities, I haven't used them but they seem just fine. Based on what I've seen, they seem to have a fair level of experience working with younger children. I'd feel confident that they'll keep the children in their care safe in the water. Really only one gripe - the floors of the change/shower rooms could be mopped more frequently to clean up the mud/scum that gets washed off the bottom of people's shoes when they enter/leave."
"Need to update their website to accommodate the early closure of the sauna 30 minutes before the facility closes. Not ideal when you pay a full price adult entry fee only to spend 5 minutes in the sauna to allow the lifeguards to clean the pool early."
