"Following an incident earlier this year, ACT Cabs provided me with some complimentary vouchers for use. I was in need of a cab on 10/8. Upon ringing for a cab, I was greeted courteously. Within 2 minutes a driver called me for my immediate departure. The driver was kind and courteous, to the point of putting my walking assistance 3 wheeler into the boot. It was a consistently smooth ride home. Having been so dissatisfied previously, today’s ACT Cabs experience was a delight and they deserve the recognition for a service well provided."
"The driver turned up on time, was courteous and helpful with my luggage and got me to the airport in plenty of time. Being elderly and not very tall, I asked for a sedan, not a bigger vehicle, and this request was met. I was also able to make the booking by talking to a REAL PERSON on the phone - which seems virtually unheard of these days. The REAL PERSON was courteous, understanding and efficient. Five stars!"
"Ordering the cab was easy with the app. Can turned up 15min early which was ok but closer would have been better. Courteous driver, clean cab. Only real problem was the cab driver could not produce a tax invoice receipt. Something other taxis do easily. Follow up by act cabs was good and receipt promptly sent. Lifted to 5star"
