She has a particular interest in working with families who have special needs children. Bernadette is committed to helping clients achieve their goals and utilizes a range of therapies. Additionally, she offers Skype sessions for those who prefer remote counselling. Bernadette is a CCAA PACFA Registered Counsellor.

Sharon, who has been counselling since 2004, has a passion for working with young people, couples, and women of all ages. She is actively involved in her church's leadership, worship, and youth ministry and lives with her husband and youngest son. Sharon's counselling work draws from her experiences with children and youth, sexual abuse, domestic violence, relationships, family, women, mental illness, and spiritual concerns. She is also a chaplain at a north Canberra high school since 2011, finding great fulfillment in working with teenagers in the school setting.

Nady, a Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society, brings a diverse background in mental health and psychology to Insight Counselling. With over 20 years of private practice experience, Nady specializes in addressing the issues that hinder personal growth and potential. She is registered to provide the Medicare rebate through the Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative.
