Due to their immense talent and expertise, our workshop is often booked out a week in advance, so we highly recommend making a booking in advance. However, we also offer same-day servicing on most repairs, meaning you can drop off your bike in the morning and have it ready for pedaling by late afternoon. Minor adjustments and flat tire repairs can usually be done on the spot without a prior booking. If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to give us a call.

When it comes to servicing, we offer various options to cater to your needs. Our Regular service, priced at $119 plus parts, is recommended every 4-6 months and includes a thorough check of your bike's condition, adjustments to gears and brakes, and tire inspection. For a more comprehensive service, our Comprehensive package starts from $179 plus parts and includes all the features of the Regular service along with a degreasing of the drive train and a complete bike wash.

For those seeking a complete overhaul, we offer the Complete Overhaul Mountain package priced at $550. This service is recommended every 2000kms or 12-18 months and involves stripping your bike down to the frame, degreasing the drive train, servicing the suspension, and thoroughly inspecting the frame and fork for any damage.
