"Wifi didn't work. Moth inside. Carpet stains."
"Not a "4-star hotel". Not 4 stars or even a hotel. This is somebody's apartment residence that was not professionally cleaned or prepared for paying guests to stay. Crumbs in bed and sofa. Dusty carpet. Food and hair on bed that was not even made properly. Rooms don't look like what was advertised. Check in was difficult. No one answered call or responded to our email when we got problems."
