"Went through the drive through and had to wait 8 mins for chicken strip's which was fine but 20 minutes later food was still not ready, walked in store to get our food. Only to find out after we had left the chicken we waited for needed another 10 mins to cool down before we could eat it and the burgers and chips were cold. Why cook burgers and chips only to have to wait extra time for chicken prices."
"My work colleague went in last night bought two cheap as chips meals one for me and another for him and they put oall of the chicken in one box when it was supposed to be 2 separate orders which he was charged for. My work mate went without his tea he gave me his portion and it's not hygienic to eat out of the same box I heard the manager was very rude when he called back to have both the orders made fresh and correctly in separate boxes like was charged in the first place"
"Has to be the worst KFC out of the lot is really 50 50 if they are going to get your order correct and if you are going to be told to go to the waiting bay. Today customer service experience was terrible. Ask if they please no put any ribs in my box and was told it will be a 15mins wait as is a special order and I should have pre ordered. A simple I'll request it but we can't guarantee would have been fine and understanding."
"Half an hour to make a burger for an online order and you still mess it up. But don’t worry. The “extra chicken for the wait” will help me get my incorrectly made burger remotely on time."
"We purchased a family feast, Chicken over cooked and dry. Coleslaw did not taste fresh. Potato and gravy not full and container wasn't sealed properly and gravy leaked into bag. Chips only warm. Very disappointing."
