"Ordered whole peri peri chicken with 2 sides large chips , haloumi and garlic bread to take away, was told it will take 20minutes. After 20minutes went in and was told 30minutes wait due to a customer complaining and they all got hold off to put the chicken in the cooker. Thats ok we waited very patiently. After an hour food was finally out and the girl apologized for the wait and said we added extra side. we went home and opened everything. Chicken was hot and good , but the rest of the sides 2large chips, 2 haloumi and garlic bread ..all very cold. The garlic bread was burnt and stale, coulnt eat it. Halloumi was rubbery that was not eatable either. Chips was soggy and cold. So it was a big disappointment. 1 hour wait ,youd expect a hot food"

"Food was good but I had a bad experience with the service. I ordered a wrap with veggie patty but they served it with chicken. I went and told the kitchen and they were happy to remake it. A few minutes later my food arrived but this lady just put the plate in front of me very abruptly without even acknowledging me or my 'thank you'. No eye contact. Not a single word. I found it rude. How hard is it to at least say, "here's your order". I also never got an apology for the mistake on my order from anyone. Like what the other commenter said, please serve with care and kindness."

"They put way to much seasoning on my chips to the point me and my mate had to shake it off the chips. Also got food poisoning from the chicken I believe. Been sick for the last day coz of it. Unfortunately has ruined my favourite place to eat"

"I ordered a Grande Paella with chips, the food was good but I had a bad experience. When asked for cutlery, the man told me to go myself and get it from there with a rude tune. The spoons were so dirty and only one piece if the table spoon was left. The chips arrived 10 minutes after the main meal which they forgot about it until we went there and asked for it. Never gonna get back to this restaurant."
