"There are lots of goodies. There are some strange rules that they must follow. I went in for a cart, the cart was in the shop in the store room but had not been received in. So I could not purchase it. The lone staff member didn't know how to check it in either. I asked to put it on hold which he agreed to do. Then once he had my details, he told me his boss didn't like doing holds. Pretty simple solution, let me pay for the cart that was in the store. Nope, couldn't do that. Made me come back into the city in an hour and a half to purchase the cart after it had been received into stock by the boss. Very weird setup and a massive waste of my time. The cart was worth it though, it's brilliant. They also have trouble keeping track of what is advertised for sale online."
